The institution Shri Peetham was established on 06-09-2019. Establishment of Shri Peetham, the basic religion of Lokik Abhyudaya and Parlokik Nishreyas, establishment of Shri Mahalakshmi Temple in major cities and pilgrimage centers in entire India and re-establishment of Shakta Sampradaya, as well as awakening true religious consciousness towards Shri Vidya, Das Mahavidya and Mata Lakshmi. It has been established to inspire the people, society and all living beings of the world to worship Mahalakshmi and Shri Narayan Hari and adopt all possible Vedic mantras, scriptural, ritualistic, narrative, humanistic and promotional activities for the blessings of Mahalakshmi.
